Products that are not acceptable to the customer must show proof of any wrongdoing on our part. The entire job must be returned in order to receive a full credit. If the job needs to be reprinted, the customer cannot make any changes to the original files. This ensures that the return is not an excuse to make an edit to the design. If a customer makes any changes, the total cost of printing will be charged again. If the job does not get printed again your credit card may be refunded or the credit could be put towards a future job.
We are not responsible for any typos or errors in your printed products content. If you put the wrong date, forgot to add something, made a spelling error, put the wrong venue, or any other error in design we share NO responsibility for your mistakes. When you upload files and click submit you are confirming that your project is approved by you and it’s ready to print. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Orders that are canceled online after the payment are converted to online store credit. They are eligible for refund for 30 days. Our system does not store credit card numbers for security purposes so you will need to call us with the card number to receive a refund. After 30 days the you are no longer eligible for a refund. The money will be required to stay as store credit and can only be used toward future orders.
