We require print ready PDF (best) or 300 dpi JPEG files. Other files can be uploaded, but it may cause a delay in completion time. Please include 0.125" bleeds and a 0.125" safe zone (no critical text or logos close to the edge). Anything within 0.125" of the edges might get trimmed off, or into, during production.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Requests to leave orders outside or dropping off orders in person MUST be done no later than 4:00.
Hold
Due to tight turnaround times and low margin for error, we may put your order on HOLD if the files properties don’t match our required criteria. This may result in you missing a daily run and your order being delayed.
Content of Your Design(s)
We are not responsible for any typos or errors in your printed product’s content. If you put the wrong date, forgot to add something, made a spelling error, put the wrong venue, or any other error in design we share NO responsibility for your mistakes. When you upload files and click submit you are confirming that your project is approved by you and it’s ready to print. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Completed Order Left at Grove for an Extended Time
We can hold your completed order at the shop for 45 days. Orders left longer than 45 days are subject to being recycled. Please pick up your orders in a timely manor.
Outside Pick Up
We are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when left outside. We will wrap them in plastic if bad weather is in the forecast, but we strongly advise you pick them up during regular hours or quickly afterwards. This is a free and complimentary service and no discounts or refunds will be issued if we don't leave them outside.
